-
Can I schedule a call to ask questions before committing?Yes! We offer a 30-minute discovery call at no charge so you can ask questions, learn how we work, and see if we’re a good fit.
-
What are your rates? We charge $180 per hour for our services. A $300 deposit is required before we begin preparing your return. This deposit will be applied toward your final invoice. This fee covers the cost of tax software, encrypted tools, data backup systems, and general business overhead to ensure efficient, high-quality service.
-
Are you an Enrolled Agent or CPA?I am currently in the process of completing the Enrolled Agent (EA) certification, with Part 1 of the exam already passed. Two more parts need to be passed. We continue to build our expertise through hands-on experience and ongoing training.

-
How long will it take to prepare my return?Once we’ve received all your required documents, most tax returns are completed within 5–10 business days. Complex returns or those submitted during peak season (March–April) may take longer.
-
What if I forgot a document after submitting everything? No problem — just send it as soon as you can. Keep in mind, adding new documents late in the process may delay your return or incur additional charges if major revisions are needed.
-
Do you offer year-round support or just during tax season?Yes! We’re available year-round for questions, tax planning, IRS letters, and other support — not just during tax season. This will be billed at our hourly rate of $180/hour.
